Understanding your vision, site and budget to keep everyone on the same page from day one.
02. Masterplanning
We collaborate on a design response as your ideas begin taking shape — paired with an initial cost estimate so there are no surprises.
03. Schematic Design
We evaluate, model and communicate the design intent through drawings and 3D visuals — and prepare a detailed cost plan before going further.
04. Town Planning
We guide you through council processes, manage the submission and navigate the red tape — so you don’t have to.
05. Design Development
The fun part. We focus in on interior design, joinery, materials and the finer details that make a house feel like your home.
06. Contract Documentation
We turn the design into construction-ready plans, coordinate all consultants and lodge for building permit.
07. Contract & Construct
We finalise a fixed-price contract, mobilise the site and get building — with regular updates and site walkthroughs throughout.
08. Handover
We lay down the tools and welcome you to your new home — with a full handover pack, occupancy permit and ongoing support whenever you need it.
