This old 1920’s Victorian weatherboard on Victoria Road in Northcote has timeless charm, but it’s also seen its fair share of wear and tear. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Project 12 Architecture and Mud Office Landscape Design to give this old gem a complete overhaul.

First things first, we will be stripping it back to its bare bones, leaving nothing but the frame then we’ll be extending out. The original façade will be replaced with new weatherboards. The interiors will allude to modern mid-century styling, think modern touches with a nod to history. It’s all about creating a space that feels cozy and inviting, where you can relax and unwind whilst connecting to the garden outside.

And talking about the garden, It’s not just a backyard – it’s an extension of the house. We’re wrapping it around one side of the property, so you feel like you’re surrounded by nature wherever you go. Picture lush greenery, a terrace area for entertaining friends, or just enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

So yeah, Victoria Road is getting a total makeover, inside and out. It will have a whole new style, whilst harnessing that same Northcote charm. We can’t wait to see how it all comes together!
