58 Raleigh St. is a collection of three individual townhouses on an extremely tight corner site in Footscray. Built with the fine folk at Basset Lobaza Architects, 58 Raleigh St pays tribute to the industrial origins of Footscray, while also providing an updated take on townhouse living.
Using natural materials such as dark timber cladding and polished concrete render, the building is designed to seamlessly fade into the environment and provide an attractive backdrop for the surrounding houses and greenery.
Constructed on a site with no room to swing a cat, this was an extremely tricky build, but one that we are very proud of.
