We’re excited to announce the development of a two-storey extension for a growing family home in Hawthorn. This contemporary addition will serve as a striking contrast to the original Federation-style house, which will be carefully preserved at the front.
The new extension will feature a sleek white brick exterior, characterized by clean lines and airy interiors that open up to the rear garden, courtyards, and surrounding street trees.
Designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, the first floor will include sliding timber screens to ensure privacy on this corner site while allowing natural light to flow into the upper bedrooms.
With construction underway, this project promises to combine modern design with practical living, creating a harmonious blend of the old and new for a growing family.
