We love a good challenge, but the level of precision involved in this project has really tested us. Designed by Victoria Dartnell Architects, 22 Chaucer St, St Kilda makes its own rules on what you can fit in a modern home.
The project features five architecturally designed townhouses across three levels, with views of Luna Park and the Peanut Reserve. Featuring concrete core-filled dividing walls, polished concrete render, metal wall cladding, curved timber battens and a hell of a lot of glass, the project redefines luxury townhouse living. With a high level of involvement from the project architect and client and a number of design changes along the way, this project is due for completion later this year.
